Sheaves in QD (quick detachable) design give a broader range of bore sizes than normal sheaves in the “set” type. Thus they are a part of two components if one component fails no need to replace the other part. Each our sheaves are made from an incredibly tough cast iron, are manually calibrated at the mill and have a coating for resistance to corrosion.
